Soft, slow and unhurried
In a world that encourages us to move fast, to constantly produce and to show up the same each day, let this be your invitation to slow down, to soften into restoration, and to come home to your body.
Where you choose to honour your feminine body & intelligence by slowing down, coming into presence, safety, listening & feeling. Step away from your to-do list, creative output and caring for others, and allow this moment to offer you the care and honour you deserve.
These deeply nourishing moments we choose for ourselves are not a luxury or a reward. They are a necessity for your feminine design.
Remembering the sacred feminine ways of healing through touch.
What is womb hara?
Womb Hara Massage is rooted in Chi Nei Tsang, a Taoist abdominal detox therapy, and woven with trauma-informed bodywork and feminine wisdom traditions.
Chi Nei Tsang is often translated as “working the energy of the internal organs.” In Taoist traditions, the abdomen (hara) is considered the centre of the body, a place where we digest not only food, but also emotions, thoughts, and life impressions. When these experiences remain unprocessed, they can create tension, stagnation and holding patterns within the tissues, organs and energetic pathways of the body.
Reverent & intentional touch and massage of the abdomen, pelvis and womb areas helps to increase the flow of vital life force energy (chi). It supports the body with softening tension, emotional integration, and increasing warmth and blood flow to the organs within the abdomen, nourishing the womb space and supporting reproductive vitality. It supports the body’s natural detoxification process and offers deep restoration and harmonisation to the nervous system. It also brings connection between the womb and heart, as we work with the Bao Mai meridian, the pathway from womb to heart – “the river of energy connecting our love & creativity.”
My teacher shares that in ancient times, temple priestesses created sacred spaces for transformation. When women arrived at the temple depleted, their sacred touch increased the flow of life force within them, supporting them to come back into aliveness.
It is a ceremonial temple massage, and a deep remembering of the feminine ways of healing through touch and devotional self tending. By bringing loving awareness to the body’s centre, we invite a return to softness, vitality and deeper connection.
Our womb is the centre of our creative power. She holds the creative potential to gestate and birth life, ideas, visions and timelines, and she holds memories, stories and emotions. She is not just a reproductive organ, she is a living altar, a vessel of creation, a keeper of memory and a bridge between spirit and matter.

Womb Power Meditation
A guided meditation to connect you to the power of your womb. Weaving breath & womb awareness to bring you deeper into your feminine nature. Here we soften, exhale and arrive within the present moment.
Note, even if you have had your womb removed, you can still receive nourishment from these practices, as your body holds the energetic blueprint of your womb.
Aromatherapy
I intuitively invite in organic essential oil blends, to engulf your senses with delicious aromas. Aromas can shift our energy state so quickly, bringing us back into our bodies, the present moment, and desired frequencies.
Note, all products I use in my treatments are organic and natural.
Womb Hara Massage
With reverent and rhythmic touch, each Womb Hara session focuses on your sacrum, back, abdomen, womb, heart space and certain meridian points within your body.
Note, all oils, balms, essential oils & bedding are organic & natural materials.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that involves burning mugwort close to the skin to invite in warmth and facilitate the movement of chi and blood. For this practice it is the abdomen region.
It is offered to you if it aligns with the needs of your body, and you guide the level of warmth throughout.
Tuning forks for harmonisation
I weave in tuning forks throughout your Womb Hara Massage, using the Venus and Mars forks, placing them on different meridians and acupuncture points on your body.
Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine, the forks invite in harmonious frequencies to your nervous system, supporting the flow of chi, and a felt sense of balance within the body.
Cleansing ritual
We invite in the spirit of sage for a ritual of cleansing, marking the release of what you no longer need to carry and the return of what is yours.
Sound healing
As you lay in relaxation & integration, I offer the sounds of Tibetan sound bowls and chimes to support deep restoration.
